Read what the price includes

Confirm entrance tickets, transport, equipment, meals, and any optional charges. Check group size and the language of the guide. For a walking tour, look for distance, stairs, terrain, and the expected physical pace. Contact the operator about access needs before paying if the listing is unclear.

Check the meeting instructions

Save the exact location, landmark, operator name, and contact number. “City center” is not a sufficient meeting point. Find out what happens if you are late, if weather changes the route, or if the operator cancels.

Read recent, specific reviews for clues about timing and communication, while treating any one review as one person’s experience. Compare the cancellation deadline with the rest of your itinerary.
