Compare each passenger name with the travel document, including the order of given and family names. Check every airport code, travel date, local departure time, baggage allowance and whether a connection is on one ticket or separate bookings. Save the airline booking reference and the ticket number if issued. A reservation that is pending payment or ticketing needs follow-up.<\/p>
Open the booking in the airline’s own manage-booking page when possible. If the details differ from the seller’s email, contact the seller or airline before travel. Do not wait until check-in to resolve a spelling or route discrepancy.<\/p>
Confirm the property’s address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, room type, payment status and cancellation deadline. Read the arrival instructions: a property may require a message before late arrival, a deposit or identification at check-in. Save its direct contact details and the booking reference offline.<\/p>
A transfer confirmation should identify the airport or station, pickup time, terminal or meeting point, passenger count and luggage assumptions. For tours, check the start point and whether transport to it is included. If your flight changes, find out who must be notified and by when.<\/p>
