SPA and Wellness in Estonia

Estonia has much more than a handful of spa hotels. Start with the region and the kind of visit you want: a water and sauna day, a quiet treatment, a family break or an overnight stay. The places below are starting points, not a complete directory. Check current opening hours, age limits, day tickets and treatment reservations with each venue.

Before you go

  • Check whether a day ticket includes pools and saunas, and whether towels or treatments cost extra.
  • For families, check children’s hours and age restrictions; adults-only areas often have separate rules.
  • For a hotel stay, confirm which spa access is included in the room rate and whether it has a time limit.
  • Book treatments in advance and verify cancellation terms directly with the venue.

NORQENTA offers planning links. Tickets, room reservations and treatments are handled by the venues.
